Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CMYR84 Paper towel now available in the dispenser of the staff washroom's handwash station. Mop buckets noted emptied and in a sanitary condition. 200 PPM chlorine residual detected in the 2 sanitizer containers in the kitchen area. Storage of chemical now rearranged in the dishwashing area. All chemicals are now stored on the floor and below any food contact items. Updated floor plan submitted that reflects the true layout of the facility. Operator wanted to remove the handwash station by the front display cooler (new unit). However, with the installation of the display cooler, they are now serving food in this area, therefore the handwash station must remain. Please ensure it is stocked at all time with liquid soap and paper towel nearby. Outstanding violation from the last routine inspection: Leak not fixed for the dish machine. Part is on order. Dish machine to be evaluated during the next routine inspection. No further follow-up required at this time.
