Routine inspection: candy making operation. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. 2, 2 compartment sinks available for manual warewashing. Preparation table for candy making is smooth, non absorbant and easy to clean. Currently placed under a plastic cover and not in use. No production of retail products over the last year, only test runs.
