Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizing bucket in the ktichen area measured at 0 ppm chlorine solution.
Corrective Action(s): Discard and refill the sanitizing bucket with 100 ppm to 200 ppm chlorine solution. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces with the newly made sanitizer.
