Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: 1. Paper towel dispenser is empty at handsink by dishwasher.
2. Liquid handsoap coagulated at dispenser in staff washroom.
Correction: 1. Paper towel is replenished at time of visit.
2. Ensure liquid handsoap comes out easily. Replace soap.
Ensure handsinks are stocked with liquid handsoap and paper towel at all times.
Comments

The following items have been observed:
-->Handwashing stations are all equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid handsoap and paper towel.
-->Areas that required cleaning are now in sanitary condition.
-->Pest control technician will be increasing visits to twice a month, and confirmed by technician yesterday while on-site.
-->New agreement will be drafted and emailed to the office.
-->Pest control technician had identified entry points and sealed all.
-->Mice droppings have been removed.

Closure order rescinded.
Facility may now re-open to operate.

Note:
1. Operator should check for droppings first thing in the morning, then notify pest control if new ones are noted.
2. Facility should maintain kitchen in current condition - no products storing on floor under bottom shelving racks.
3. Ensure all open bags of dry goods are transferred to pest proof containers.
