Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. There's not bleach on-site. Operator says that he doesn't have any catering contracts coming up, but he will pick up a bottle today.
2. The wiping cloths are stained and dirty.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Always have a sanitizer on-site.
2. Replace the stained cloths. Replace wiping cloths on a regular basis.
