Follow-up to the recent routine inspection: - Major cleaning had been done after the routine inspection. Areas mentioned during the routine inspection are now in sanitary condition. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket. Operator demonstrated the use of sanitizer at this time. - Sink plug available for manual dishwashing at 3 compartment sink. Ensure to keep the facility at this sanitary level at all times.
