Observation: Food stored on a "bed" which located front of the 2-compartment sink.
Mixed food items that cut & partially rotten stored in single use plastic containers without lids.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Discard food whish stored on the "bed".
Food discarded at the time of inspection.

Observation: General sanitation found to be poor at the time of inspection.
Food debris (from last night) on the floor front of the prep. table, in a microwave, on a stove, on prep. areas.
Dirty utensils (a service tray, spoons) under the table on a cardboard box and on the table.
Corrective Action(s): Today. The entire kitchen requires cleaning to remove food debris.
Immediately. All utensils must be properly cleaned (with soap & hot water) & sanitized (with Bleach solution at 100 ppm/ a san. compartment of the 3-compartment sink must be set).

Observation: Multiple food items are not covered in coolers. Some food is double stack.
Open tin container with food stored in a cooler at the time of inspection.
Dry goods/open bags with sugar & flour stored on the floor at the time of inspection.

Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Cover all food items. Do not double stack food.
Immediately. Discard a leftover food. Food must be transferred in a food grade containers. Some tin containers can leach harmful compounds into food.
Today. Dry goods must be stored off the floor (at list 6" above) on shelves or pallets; in food grade containers with lids (eg., bucket).

Note: Front steam table and hot holding unit turned off at the time of inspection.
Bleach sanitizer - available.
No signs of pests are noted at the time of inspection.

Immediately. Do mot mix personal belongings/food with customers food. Your food must b stored away (in a different cooler).
Last reminder - a yogurt (in a such amount) cannot be stored in the premise. "No homemade yogurt" on site. All is going to be discarded.


Recommendation:
- Organize all coolers.
- Organize all storage shelves.
- Remove a bar soap from the staff washroom.
- Keep back door close. (A screen door is required for a back door if it is to be left open.)
