-Follow-up inspection to October 26, 2023. -Front sweet cooler has been adjust to 3C and cooler was at 1C. -No potentially hazardous foods stored in the wine cooler at the time of inspection. -Operator reviewed cleaning and sanitizing equipment with all staff. -Spray bottle of lemon water was properly labelled to identify the contents. -Door seals still require additional cleaning. -Scoops are still being stored in food containers. Signage may be required to prevent staff from storing scoops inside food containers. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
