*Ensure 100-200 ppm chlorine concentration is used at the 3-compartment sink and in the sanitizer buckets provided at each work station
* 1/2 tsp bleach for 1 litre of water (100-200 ppm chlorine). Manual dishwashing sign provided
* Provide water level mark in the 3 compartment sink and a determined measuring cup for bleach to ensure 100-200 oom chlorine solution is always achieved. Provide measurements for sanitizing
buckets as well.

*Ensure manufacturer's directions are followed for cleaning and sanitizing the Marble Slab ice cream maker located in the kitchen area.

No signs of pests noted at time of inspection.
