Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3 bags of bread and 1 bucket of fruit was stored on the ground under the shelf.
Corrective Action(s): Correction: Relocate onto the shelf. make sure food are stored 6" (15 cm) above the ground for cleaning and pest monitoring purpose.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bubble tea cup was used to store green tea powder.
Corrective Action(s): Correction: Transfer green tea powder to a food grade container. Make sure single use utensils are discarded after use. "Food Grade Container" pamphlet was given to the operator to review.

-General sanitation is satisfactory.
-No pest activity observed
-Handwash stations stocked with liquid soap, paper towel and hot/cold water.
-High temperature dishwasher 73.1 deg. C at plate level after final rinse cycle.
-Sanitizer >400 ppm in spray bottle
*Ideal concentration is 100 - 200 ppm for chlorine solution. Preparation: 1/2 teaspoon bleach + 1 L water
-Ice machine is clean and free of mold.
-Undercounter cooler 3 deg. C
-Stand up cooler 4 deg. C
-Stand up freezer -15 deg. C
