Instructed staff to clean and sanitize disassembled meat slicer. Ensure that meat slicer is cleaned and sanitized at least once every 4 hours after use

- Handsinks equipped with hot/ cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- Bleach surface sanitizer available at 200ppm. QUATS sanitizer available at 200ppm
- Three compartment sink with plugs available for manual dishwashing
- Hot holding unit measured to reach 60C or more
- Hot dog roller measured to reach 60C or more
- All coolers (sliding door, open display, walk-in and under the counter) measured to be at 4C or less. Thermometers observed to in the units
- All freezers (chest, walk-in, and sliding door) measured to be at -18C or less
- Ice cream scoop observed to be stored in a working dipper well
- Premises serviced by professional pest control company. No rodent activity noted during the inspection
- No expired baby food observed on the premises
- Permit displayed in a visible location
- Dishwasher not in use during time of inspection. Ensure that the final rinse temperature reaches a minimum of 82C on the plate reading
