Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1 containers of BUSH brand coloring and 1 container of Permicol coloring noted at the dry storage shelving. Operator stated that no food in the kitchen is made by those coloring. Do not purchase BUSH or Permicol coloring as food coloring, they contained ingredient that is unfit for human consumption. ONLY purchase the food coloring from approved source. 2 containers of coloring were immediately and voluntarily discarded by the operator.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing sink at the kitchen is blocked with obstruction, and had no liquid soap provided. Staff immediately removed the obstruction, and placed a bottle of liquid soap at the hand washing station. Always ensure to have the hand washing station clear with obstruction, and equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel.
