- Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C. Food is safely organized, covered, and stored off the floor.
- Walk in freezer at -18 degrees C.
- Thermometers available for cold holding units.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 76 degrees C at utensil surface during final rinse
- Quats available from dispensers and in labelled buckets at 200 ppm
- Equipment and utensils in sanitary condition.
- Dry storage well organized
- Temperature are well maintained
- No evidence of pest activity noted

2nd floor has small kitchenette which is used for recreational purposes only. Food is served in dining area for a few residents. Handsink is adequately stocked.
