Routine inspection conducted. *Note* Kitchen has not been in use for ~1 year due to COVID. Temperatures: upright fridge (left): 4.0°C upright fridge (right): 4.4°C chest freezer (haier): -15.4°C Sanitation: handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels high temperature dishwasher reached 74.3°C on second run bleach sanitizer not mixed at time of inspection; staff stated sanitizer mixed by janitorial staff daily when kitchen is in use chlorox bottles observed stored under 2 compartment sink, do not use these for food contact surfaces General: overall sanitation of facility good no pest activity observed at time of inspection laundry washed at staff home ensure laundry is washed separately from personal laundry wash linens with bleach and dry on hottest setting
