Corrective Action(s): DO NOT USE THE FOOD UTILITY SINKS FOR MOP WATER as well the floor drain is not suitable either

You must use your MOP SINK only

Remove the food equipment and bulk foods directly next to the mop sink and relocate

NOTE: this infraction was mentioned in a previous routine inspection -increased enforcement such as ticketing will be required
