Observation: Multiple scoops were not of suitable design. Many single-use containers used as scoops. The staff were directed to dispose of these single-use containers.
Corrective Action(s): Place scoops that have handles and are able to be cleaned and sanitized. The scoops should be stored in a manner that does not contaminate the food item (ex. outside of the food item).

Temperatures:

-Dry storage is satisfactory
-Cold storage is satisfactory. Stored in a sanitary manner
-Food in coolers are covered

Sanitation:
-Food contact surface sanitizer achieves 200ppm chlorine. Ensure solution in bucket is replaced when the solution becomes dirty or cloudy
-Low temperature dishwasher achieves 50ppm Chlorine. Dishwasher log is maintained
-Equipment is maintained in a sanitary manner
-Fume hoods are scheduled for service on May 17, 2022
