Routine inspection conducted: Facility operates on Wednesday and Saturday only. Only samosa wraps are in production. No refrigeration units are in use. No food products are stored on site, other than oil, seasonings and flour. -Handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. -Walk-in freezer repaired after the initial inspection but not in use as mentioned above. -Bleach available for surface disinfection. 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles. -No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. -General sanitation satisfactory at this time. Please contact the health inspector once other menu items are to be in production.
