Routine inspection was conducted. High temperature dishwasher was measured at 72.9C at the dish level. Coolers were measured at 4C or below. Freezers were measured at -18C or below. Lactic acid/ DDBSA surface sanitizer was measured at 1875ppm and 700ppm, respectively. No signs of pests.
