Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing (CCFL) received a complaint on November 13, 2019, alleging concerns related to licensing and hygiene and communicable disease control.
The following details were provided:
- The program is not correctly advertised
- Sanitization practices are inadequate

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and observations. CCFL determined the following contraventions:
- Child Care Licensing Regulation s. 11(3) (Posting and advertising of license and certificates)
