Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooking equipment and utensils washed in the dishwasher unit are not properly sanitized as 0ppm of chlorine was achieved. Until the dishwasher is repaired, all equipment must be sanitized in a 200ppm chlorine solution within the 3 compartment sink after they have been washed.

Observation: Low temperature dishwasher not in good working order as 0ppm of chlorine was detected after the final rinse cycle. Have the dishwasher unit repaired if required. A final concentration of 50ppm must be achieved after the final rinse cycle. Contact environmental health officer for re-inspection after the dishwasher is repaired.

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
Back freezers at -12C.
Undercounter prep cooler was as 4C.
All cooler units equipped with thermometers.
No food preparation noted at the time of inspection.
Pre-packaged bakery products baked and portioned on-site. Facility address on the bakery packaging is incorrect; however, individual labels containing current location and nutritional facts are available and placed on each product.
No pest activity noted.
3 compartment sink and 2 compartment food preparation sinks available.
