-Walk-in cooler was at 4C. -Condiment/hot dog cooler was at 4C. -Customer area cooler was at 4C. -Under counter cooler was at -11C. -Ice cream freezer was at -20C. -Freezer in the 3-compartment sink area was at -13C. -Hot holding was greater than 60C. Hot foods are discarded after 2 hours. -Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was tested at 200ppm. -Handwash stations equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Quats sanitizer spray bottle was labelled and tested at 200ppm. -General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and protected from contamination. -Random selection of foods were within their best before dates and in good condition. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator. -No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. -FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent valid November 04, 2024 -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
