Routine inspection was completed: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -20C or colder -**Thermometers presented, one cooler in front - display thermometer is broken - replace it. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Quats sanitizer in buckets are 200ppm. - High temperature dishwasher had rinse cycle temperature of 75 oC at the plate's surface, as per max/min thermometer. - All food stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored in groups; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves and racks. - No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. -Ice machine is clean , ice scoop is maintained properly **Supervisors and manager has valid FS training - supervisor on site not able to produce hers due to recent change in management- ensure copies are available -Temp log on site (digital) and up to date - All surfaces and equipment durable, sealed and cleanable. **Abell pest control is servicing the facility: recent report is reviewed - ensure to address noted issues (gaps and any point of entry)
