Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The prep cooler had an ambient temperature underneath of 11C and 9-10 C on top.
Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous foods were moved to the walk in cooler during the inspection.

Observation: Grease buildup noted underneath the cook like, especially near the fryers.

Observation: 1) The prep cooler had an ambient temperature of 11C. Ice buidup noted inside the cooler and was removed.
2) Sanitizer dispenser was dispensing detergent.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Fix as soon as possible. Follow up inspection this week.
2) Fixed during the inspection and 200 ppm Quats was observed at the dispenser.

Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The ice machine was clean.
The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine. Check daily.
The glasswasher had 50 ppm Iodine. Lower to 12.5-25ppm. Ensure that it is checked daily.
Food is stored in pest proof containers.
Pest control is onsite regularly. Pest control report reviewed during the inspection, no evidence of pests found.
