General: - handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water - sanitizer measured 200ppm quats at dispenser - dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine at the final rinse cycle - no obvious signs of pests ** What appears to be dust, or insulation can be seen by the nozzles of the juice dispenser. Staff unable to access that part of machine. Please confer with manufacturer and to see if it is insulation (and if so, how to clean or replace it), or if it is dust build up that needs to be removed. ** Temperature: - sliding glass door cooler: 3C - silver cooler/freezer: 4C/-16C - hot holding unit: 60C (no foods inside at time of inspection)
