Produce area/back: Food storage in the walk-in cooler well organized; Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm; A hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water; liquid soap & paper towel. Note: High temperature dishwasher is not in use at the time of inspection. Food is stored off the floor; bulk food in a pest proof containers with lids. Back storage area maintained in sanitary conditions; Cleaning agents are stored safely at the time of inspection. Customer service area: Milk, egg, yogurt, cheese, produce display coolers were all at or below 4 C; Display freezers were at or below -18 C; walk-in freezer below -18 C; Aisles were organized, maintained in sanitary conditions; Bulk food areas maintained in sanitary conditions, scoops stored properly; Pet food aisle is maintained in sanitary conditions at the time of inspection. No signs of pests are noted at the time of inspection. Multiple traps observed were empty throughout store and no droppings were seen. No holes were seen in food product packaging. Pest control (Orkin) just visited the store.
