- Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 72C at dish surface during rinse cycle - good
- Quat sanitizer available at 200 ppm in spray bottle
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm in buckets for storing wiping cloths. **Ensure not to mix detergent with sanitizer solution.
- All coolers were maintaining temperatures at 4C or colder
- Freezer temperatures satisfactory
- Rice hot held at above 60C
- Refrigeration units were equipped with accurate thermometers
- Temperature records were well maintained and up to date
- Food storage practices good. All food stored off the ground and properly covered. Scoops no longer being stored directly in food storage bins.
- Foodsafe certified staff on-site. **Ensure those with certificates expiring July 29, 2018 complete and pass the refresher course prior to July 29th.
- General sanitation satisfactory. Ensure kitchen floors are cleaned daily.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. **Ensure bay door is not kept open throughout the day.
