Food complaint received: February 15, 2016. Unwrapped fortune cookies being distributed on unsanitary surface. (ie: Bill/credit card holder)

Re-inspection based on previous inspection report.
- Food Storage: Improved. Monitor best before dates. Stock rotation and storage discussed. Inspection of all deliveries to be conducted. (Unfit food items to be returned for refund.) All food/ingredients to be stored in covered, food grade containers.
- Mechanical Dishwasher: (Low temp - chlorine) ~ 100 ppm. Monitor. Test strips on site.
- Wiping cloth storage: As discussed.
- Sanitation: Improved.
