Observation: Lysol spray bottles used to clean counters, coolers, freezers.
Correction: Purchase and prepare bleach solution spray bottle to be used to clean all food contact surfaces (i.e.: counters, coolers, freezers, etc.). Bleach dilution is 1 tsp to 1L of water to achieve 100ppm chlorine concentration. Corrected by: April 5, 2022.

Observation: Bathroom handwasing sink not equipped with paper towel and liquid soap.
Correction: Ensure all handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Corrected by: April 5, 2022.

All violations in report#JCHY-CD3Q2R have been corrected:
-No blemished produce observed.
-No repackaging of chopped vegetables and seeds observed to be sold within the premises.
-Bleach spray bottles labelled and measured at 200ppm chlorine.
-Bathroom handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-No unapproved sources are observed to be sold within the premises.
-All produce and food items stored at least 6 inches off the floor on shelving units or on pallets.
-Bed has been removed from the back storage area not relating in the normal operations of the premises.

NOTE: Premise not permitted to re-pack or process produce for resale. Please submit Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan for processing and re-packing of produce for health review and approval. Informed operator that the staff lunch room must be converted to produce repackaging area if premise wish to proceed and that the staff lunch room will no longer be present.
