Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Boxes of mushrooms and tomatoes were stored on the floor of the walk-in cooler.
2. Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle was too strong and bleached out the test strip.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Do not store food directly on the floor. Store all food and food-related items on designated shelves/racks.
Corrected at time of inspection.
2. Sanitizer solution was diluted at time of inspection. 100 ppm chlorine residual detected.

Comments

- Hand washing sink was properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- Walk-in cooler measured at 2C. Pizza prep cooler measured at 4C.
- Upright freezer temperature was satisfactory.
- One beverage cooler not in use. Old pizza prep cooler by dough mixer has never been in use.
- Three-compartment sink maintained in sanitary conditions, sink plugs available.
- Dough mixer had been in use earlier in the day - ensure all parts of dough mixer are cleaned and sanitized at the end of the day.
- General sanitation was satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- Washroom hand sink properly supplied
