Follow up inspection to Report 256608. Infractions corrected: Food now protected from contamination. Light covers replaced for lights. Repair and replace covers as needed. Organization of storage has now improved. Unneeded items removed from kitchen. Hand sinks are dedicated for hand washing at front and back station. Note: Ensure to going use a cleaned 2 compartment for food preparation. An additional prep sink is recommended in the future to prevent cross contamination. Staff storage room is storage of chemicals and items not used for food preparation only. Recommendation: Continue cleaning premise and remove clutter. Try to removing items which may block entrances to doors or washrooms. Always, do not store food or food equipment/items in washrooms or in contaminated areas. Facility now in compliance.
