302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer noted at time of visit due to allergy to bleach by one of staff: simply clean ( a green product??)-just cleaning not disinfecting solution. Corrective Action(s): Only approved sanitizer is to be used ( bleach 1 oz in 1 gallon, quats, iodine), any changes regarding usage of disinfection solution must be approved by our office. New manager on site. -Temp. cooler 3 C Freezer -19 - Accurate thermometer available - Paper Towel & liquid soap are provided - No sign of pests noted. * Provide Chlorine test strip *Left a thermo lable to verify Temp. of dishwasher (long cycle). Pls verify + send an email with a picture to fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca Only Snack served to kids, and sometime hot foods (canned soup) no hot lunches.
