Operator informed that facility will undergo deep cleaning and maintenance checks prior to re-opening for the public.

Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Most cold holding units turned off at the time of inspection.
Temperature of walk-in cooler maintained below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
Temperature of walk-in freezer maintained below -18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit).

Hot holding units must be maintained at or above 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit).
Maintain temperature logs for all cold storage units.
Dishwasher must reach a final rinse temperature of at least 82 degrees Celsius at the manifold for adequate sanitizing of dishes.
Contact the health department when facility is ready to open for the public.
