Observation: 2 Door Upright cooler (on Taco Bell side) --> left door does not close properly, there is about a 3/4 inch gap between the door and the door seal. Food inside was probed to be at 3 deg C.
Corrective Action(s): Fix cooler immediately so that it is not leaking cold air out.

Routine inspection conducted:
Handsinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
All food temperatures satisfactory:
-Food in prep inserts on the Taco Bell side of the kitchen are time tracked with colored dot stickers, as per the corporate food safety plan. All food items are discarded after 4 hours. Ensure staff are following this at all times.
-Apart from above mentioned cooler, all other coolers are functional and at 4 deg C or less
-Freezers at -18 Deg C or less
-Hot holding 60 deg C or greater
-General sanitation good (floors, underneath equipment, and walls)
-3 compartment sink available with Quat sanitizer in 3rd compartment at 200 ppm Quats
-Quat sanitizer in rag buckets at 200 ppm Quats
-Fumehood ok
-Temperature logs maintained up to date in binder
-Foodsafe Certified manager onsite, manager has renewed her FoodSafe level 1.
