Code 205 noted on Routine inspection # BWOI-D4TRGQ of Apr-30-2024 Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] Observation: Back room cooler not properly cold holding at approx 5-6c. Pasteurized product (Milk/cream) relocated to adjacent cooler Correction: Do not use to store perishables inside until it has been serviced/repaired so that it is capable of cold holding at <4c Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # BWOI-D4TRGQ of Apr-30-2024 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Bar glasswasher not dispensing soap into the wash cycle as no soap container observed in place and the soap pump was observed not turning. In addition the final rinse chlorine was observed to be dispensing just below the minimum of 50ppm. Correction: Glasswasher is closed. Contact technician to service the unit. Glasswasher cannot reopen until I have verified it is working properly. Re-wash ALL glassware in the adjacent dishwasher.
