3. Increase cleaning practices and monitoring of high pest activity areas in the interior of store
4. Increase pest control services in high activity areas
5. Report all pest activity to management, pest control company and FHA EHO as requested.

Follow-up on complaint received Dec 29, 2020 and onsite inspection # ZDER-BWT22K.
*No email reply from FHA EHO to Wal-Mart Operations Manager and or Compliance Manager - therefore onsite f/u required
--Attempted to review all actions taken with Operations Manager and Compliance Manager who was not onsite during inspection
-Need update on most recent pest services and what actions/instruction for store staff by management.
-Sales Manager onsite and state they ensure their colleagues were aware of FHA's visit.
Significant decrease in pest droppings noted in and around dry food product shelves in centre of store.
-No pest control devices noted/ visible in and around shelving during inspection
-Shelving food stock still appears to be full - difficult to see behind food products
