Follow-up inspection - Floors are clean and free from food and grease even during lunch rush hour. Ensure frequent cleaning of dishwasher strainer. - Pest control efforts is working. Ensure to monitor signs of pest activity particularly under dishwashing machine and hard to reach areas. Continue to block pest accesses to the premises by filling up gaps with steel wool. - Staff were reminded of cleaning and sanitizing surfaces specially after the last working shift and before closing. - Traps are in place and the number of traps appear to be sufficient to control pest in the premises. - No other concerns noted at this date.
