Observation: Broken glass, laundry lint and old cardboard debris observed in laundry room. Empty bottles are stored here too for recycling.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to clean and remove garbage frequently to maintain a sanitary laundry room. Removing and recycling drink bottles is needed to prevent attraction of pests to this area. Recommendation is to remove the bottles more frequently. Correction is required this week.

Previous infractions corrected:

-Cleaning and sanitization of noted areas completed.
-Quat sanitizer in spray bottles in use at front of the house. 300 ppm quat observed at dispenser.
-Dryer is repaired.
-Grease trap in good working order. It was inspected by certified technician and does not require repair.
-Food protected from contamination with lids and covers. No double stacking observed.
-Pest control company and monitoring in place. Monthly reports indicate activity is low and pest have been removed.
-No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Last report received from operator dated February 18, 2020.

Still awaiting are floor tiles repairs. In process and awaiting permission from landlord.

Note: Ensure to replenish front of the house quat solutions frequently during service.
