Hand washing stations in the kitchen stocked with liquid soap and paper towel
Hot and cold running water available at all sinks
High temperature dishwasher not in use at the time of inspection as the kitchen was not in operation at the time of visit. Ensure to turn on and wait for the temperature to rise prior to using them
Bleach available for sanitization
Hall low temperature glasswashers (total two, one in each hall) in good working order; detected 50 ppm of residual chlorine at plate level after final rinse cycle
Walk-in cooler at 4 C or lower; walk-in freezer at -18 C or lower
Prep cooler used to hold salads for buffet, only turned on when needed. Ensure that the cooler can reach 4 C prior to putting foods into the cooler
