Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (Only one handsink was being used for the whole operation. )
Comments

- The handsink in the back was now being used by staff. Ensure to properly equip the handsink with liquid soap and paper towel at all times.
- Fly infested areas (near janitorial sink and under racks) were mostly cleaned; however, recurring fly infestation observed. The manager is to call for another pest control inspection within a month.
- The smell of acrylic coming from the next door nail salon was discussed. After discussion with the owner of the next door nail salon, it was found that the restaurant's vent system was built close to the already existing vent system of the nail salon. The manager noted that he would bring the matter to the attention of the head office.
