- Quaternary-ammonium food-contact-surface sanitizer also available (Ostro-San).
*Note: Food-contact surfaces must be rinsed after sanitizing with Ostro-San (currently not used on food contact surfaces)
- High-temp dishwasher wasn't warmed-up at time of inspection. Provided thermolabels for operator to self-check that the rinse temp. reaches/exceeds 71 Celsius.
