Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One of the sliding door for the middle display cooler was not inserted properly. Gaps observed around the sliding door.
Corrective Action(s): Fix the sliding door to ensure the middle display is properly sealed. This helps maintaining the cooler temperature below 4 or less.

Routine inspection:
- Coolers (walk-in, display, under the counter) maintained at 4C or less.
- Walk-in freezer maintained at -19C.
- Hot food hot held above 60C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in spray bottles and from the dispenser.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 71.6C at the plate level. Monitor the temperature of the dishwasher. 71C is the minimal temperature required for properly sanitizing the plates and utensils. Recommend to service the dishwasher.
- Deli slicer and ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Food products stored off the ground and organized.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
