Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. QUATs spray bottle and QUATs dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Walk-in freezer, chest freezers measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding unit not in use at the time of inspection. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Mop sink in sanitary condition. Pest Control Company contracted monthly. Overall, facility is well organized.
