** manual dishwashing is discussed with the operator:ensure to follow the proper order of 4 steps of dishwashing : 1. Wash with detergent and warm water 2. rinse with clean water 3 .Sanitize by soaking in sanitizer (ie;bleach 1 oz in 1 gallon of water) for 2 minutes 4. Air dry
