> High temperature dishwasher achieved final rinse temperature of at least 71C as per thermolabel.
> 200-400ppm QUATS sanitizer is available.
> Pest control services are provided by Westside Pest Control twice a month. Last visit was today November 25 - report reviewed on site indicated rodent activity in the warehouse by the bay door.
> Glueboards were replaced and snap trap were reset.
> Please continue to follow all recommendations provided by pest control.
> At time of inspection, bay door was closed.
> Dry goods are stored in pest proof bins. Food is stored above the floor.
> General sanitation is satisfactory.
> Vent hood appeared in sanitary condition.
> Linen storage is satisfactory.
