Observation: Dough mixer, prep cooler handles, other equipment surfaces (dough sheeter) observed not cleaned and sanitized properly. Lots of food residue observed and these equipments were last used the night before.
Corrective Action(s): -To prevent attracting pests, equipment and sufaces must be cleaned and sanitized after use.
-Do not leave dirty dishes or equipment overnight. To be corrected by 13-May-2021.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Multipe containers in the walk-in cooler and prep cooler observed to be stored uncovered when not in use.
2. A bag of onion and food observed stored on the floor.
Corrective Action(s): 1. To prevent contamination of food please ensure food containers are covered.
2. Please ensure food is not stored on the floor to prevent contamination and attraction of pests.

-Handwashing sink fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel.
-Prep cooler and walk-in cooler at < 4°C
-Stand-up freezer at < -18°C
-Quats sanitizer available for manual dishwashing at three compartment sink.
-No signs of pests observed.
-Premise in general needs a good cleaning and organizing, especially the dry storage area.
-Do not leave garbage accumulated overnight as it can attract pests.
-Operator has Foodsafe
-Covid-19 screening for staff is done online.
