Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher malfunctioning during inspection. 0ppm Chlorine observed at time of inspection.
Two tubs of Chlorine sanitizer solution observed to be at 0ppm Chlorine while labelled as having been made earlier.

Corrective Action(s): Three compartment sink set up for manual ware washing. 200ppm QUAT sanitizer tested and staff instructed by Manager to use manual ware washing. Dishwasher technician alerted and service to occur that day.
Chlorine sanitizer tubs dumped and remade.
Ensure staff are putting Chlorine into tubs. Today two buckets did not appear to have had sanitizer added while two buckets were found at 200ppm Chlorine indicating that potentially two did not have the Chlorine added to the water. Discuss with staff.
