Make sure a staffer checks and changes when necessary, the paper towels in the washroom. Noted empty on inspection. Handwash stations in kitchen stocked. Cooling unit - display - Temperature noted at range of 4 to 9 C depending on what level checked. Checked again later and temperature improved to 3 to 5 range. **Try and improve air pathways between levels in cooler to improve cooling capabilities in unit. Fridge ok. Freezer ok. In staff room measured -18 C. Bleach sanitizer OK. Measured at 200 ppm. **Suggest using a liquid soap dispenser to help measure dosing when filling spray bottles or sink. It's a good way to stay consistent. Dishwasher at 74 C. at plate.
