No signs of pests noted.
Observed large pot of tomato soup on hot plate --> staff verbally demonstrated proper cooling procedures.

General:
Foodsafe staff on-site.
Some unused equipment (deli slicer, dry storage bins) observed onsite, manager advised these were awaiting to be sold, please remove by next routine inspection.
