Warehouse for food storage and distribution
Washing, trimming (minimal) and portioning of whole produce within produce staging area
No food processing or preparation.
Application form submitted to reflect update/clarification to DBA name and ownership Change is administrative, no change to food premises operation as outlined above.

Warehouse maintained in sanitary condition with food stored on racking or pallets.
No signs of pest activity at time of inspection. Pest control contract in place with service every 2 weeks.

Temperature controls:
Walk-in cooler 1 deg.C
Produce cooler 3 deg.C
Walk-in freezer -22C
2 door reach in (promo) freezer -7C + was on defrost.
Dry produce cooler 11 deg.C - no phfs. Temp set to 12C

Temperature of cold holding units are checked by staff (ICQA) every 4 hours and logged on-line. Alarm system for coolers + freezers also in place.

FIFO system used for product rotation.
Perishable products are date checked daily and pulled if beyond date.
Liquid soap + paper towel present in produce staging area for handwashing. Gloves worn for direct food contact.
Quats sanitizer present at 2 compartment sink for sanitizing knives + food contact surfaces (cutting boards). Concentration measured 200ppm.

Bins (for grocery delivery) are washed and sanitized in mechanical conveyor washer
Quats sanitizer present at 3 compartment sink in bin washing area. Concentration measured 200ppm.
Handwashing sink in bin washing area supplied with liquid soap + paper towel.

Area in warehouse which was intended as a food processing commissary (per initial plans) remains as storage for non food items
