Introduction
An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance.

Previous Inspection -
Contraventions observed on FIR #DCAR-ASVTAA have been corrected.
Current Inspection -
Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.
Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
Summary of Inspection
At the inspection dated November 30, 2018 there were 12 children and 5 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified.
As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
The following was reviewed:
· Active Supervision Practices
· Recommendation to run water for 5 minutes prior to drinking do to potential lead in water pipes of older buildings.
